Hi! Normally I just lurk around forums but I'm a bit concerned here. This is my first time doing a pre-order through Apple's website I placed my order first thing on 10/19 through the Apple Store app on my iPhone 6s Plus for a iPhone XR 256GB Blue model on AT&T.
A week before pre-orders started for the iPhone XR I made sure everything was updated correctly. I live in Ohio and after placing my order my order conformation clearly shows the correct shipping address and my state as OH.
I'm enrolled in UPS' My Choice program so anytime there is a package scheduled to be delivered to me it automatically updates which is the case here. Apple hasn't sent me the tracking number yet but I already have it via UPS.
The part that worries me is where it shows Shipping Information where they have my address UPS has the state listed as KY not OH! The street address, city and zip code are all correct but not the state abbreviation.
I plan on calling UPS tomorrow about this but should I be worried overall? I have done searches and I can't find a city in Kentucky that shares the same name as the city I live in Ohio.
I also put the address that UPS has into Google, Bing and Apple Maps (with the street address, city but the state as KY instead of OH) and they all pull up my actual address in Ohio.
I have had several packages delivered to my home through UPS before and never saw this happen.
