UPS tracking problem

    Hi Everyone. I have a problem with UPS delivery and I'm not sure it is normal situation.
    New Macbook pro CTO order is in UPS Germany warehouse for 4 days now.
    EST. delivery date was last Friday but it is not delivered.
    Final destination is the UK but.. seems that it is still held in the warehouse...
    Does anyone experienced this kind of problem before?

    I'd contact UPS and Apple. If they don't help you and you need it ASAP, order another one, and return whichever one gets there later.

    I've been subject to incomprehensible UPS tracking results from time to time. Contact UPS for clarification. No one here can provide enlightenment about what is happening with your shipment.
