Waiting still. It's noon here in Phoenix. No sign of any UPS trucks in my neighborhood.

Well, it's now noon in California and no iPhone yet.

I just called UPS and their recording now says they will attempt delivery until 7 and anything they don't deliver today they will deliver on Monday. I am ready to scream!!!! BWAAAAAAA. They are basically saying they may not deliver them today!!

Sometimes you can go to the distribution center after the trucks have arrived and before they close (if they close). You'll need the tracking number and as many forms of legal, official ID as you can bring, preferably something with your current address like an electric bill.

You can try calling the center and say something like "I missed the driver earlier; can I come pick it up there after he gets back?" And do what they say. I wouldn't mention "iPhone," however, since they'd probably send you back to the recording.

With luck you won't need any of this. (With luck I won't need any of this. 12:13 on the SF Peninsula and still no delivery although the FedEx truck has been through the complex.)

Ugh my brother slept in and did not hear the doorbell ring I guess, so now I gotta drive all the way to UPS's shipping facility to pick it up. The things I will do for my iPhone

12:15 here and still hasn't arrived. It's strange bc my regular UPS packages always come around 11. UPS tracking still says 'Out For Delivery' so there's still hope

Both of mine were delivered at 11:45 AM by UPS in San Francisco.

I really hope they show up today, I live in a shared house with no doorbell (seriously) and I've been sitting outside all day waiting for them. Having a stoop picnic while I wait

I left a pre-signed form outside my door and at 9:42am PST I got a failed delivery no customer home notice on my tracking. Stupid UPS retard...

Mine says out for delivery since 7am here in SF. I just went downstairs and saw the UPS driver. He said he had nothing for me today and there are no more trucks until Monday. Im calling them now to figure out whats going on. its 85 in my apt with the fan on and window open I really don't want to sit here all day if nothing is coming. I wonder if they have separate trucks for the iPhones esp in larger cities like SF? this would explain why the other driver didn't know and was delivering large packages. Its a shame Apple didn't use Fedex. They are so much better.

1:30p (pacific) here and my UPS guy came rang the door and jammed off in his truck by the time I got there. Interesting thing, the package he delivered was not my iPhone but something else I was expecting.

UPS status still shows out for delivery so unless they messed this one up I suppose another truck has my phone.

Would've gotten mine just before 10am here on the West Coast, it came at about 9:55, but I'm a couple hrs from home and have to wait til I get home Monday :\

Also, my tracking info switched to "by 10:30am" last night and then switched back to "by end of the day" a few minutes later.

I also have no doorbell, so I've left the front door open all day and run to the door every time I hear a truck go by. Wow, didn't realize how many non-UPS trucks drive throughout the day. I have this fear that I'll finally go to the bathroom only to find a "failed delivery" sticker on my door when I get out.
