lol. Urban Dictionary has all the bad traits that people mistakenly think Wikipedia has. It's 14-year-old boys ranting.
At least they are better than YouTube comments. They are about on par with Digg comments.
Ain't that the truth.
And this could be part of the definition for Urban Dictionary.
I like urban dictionary for what it is and on this occasion I think it's done well again. The ipad is just a piece of inanimate tech. To not be able to take people poking fun at it on a humourous/non-serious site (no matter how juvenile) shows something seriously lacking !
You don't like the definitions go and write your own instead of whining.
And the site by no means takes itself seriously. The top two definitions for "urban dictionary" are;
Urbandictionary's humor is so clever and cutting edge!
And of course, by your standard we should be permitted to poke fun of Urban Dictionary as much as we want.
Most definitely . It is a fantastically juvenile site that offers nothing particularly novel.
lol. Good Post. Made me laugh
The first definition makes me really confused... What part of Amazon Kindle is better than an iPad??? Sure, Kindle 2 is cheaper and makes more sense for just pure reading reading but whoever purchased Kindle DX over iPad is pretty nuts. For the same price, you can do a lot more... including Kindle App itself!!!
I submitted a definition for iPad, a nice one
Get real guys. The reality is that 80%+ of the population think you're appholes for owing one. Deal with it.
Made up fact is made up....
Ah, yes, but didn't you hear... Kindle OS 2.5 now has FaceBook & Twitter!!!!!!! Weeeeeee.
people give me crap about owning one too. but they gave me crap about owning the first iphone too, and now everyone and their mom either has an iphone or an ipod touch
If I recall I wasted $599 not $499!!!
