Not officially supported, but per the sticky FAQ thread, it should be enabled just fine by the NVIDIA web drivers (just like all the other Maxwell GPUs).

Just in case, you mean this thread? "
Frequently Asked Questions About NVIDIA PC (non-EFI) Graphics Cards"

I couldnt find the Quad 6000 card mentioned there, is it?

I don't track which cards work, because in general they all do. Sometimes there's a slight delay between when a new GPU architecture gets released and drivers that enable it (e.g. Maxwell didn't until Yosemite was released, but the first Yosemite web driver released made GM107 work fine). I suspect nobody knows if Quadro M6000 works because nobody on these forums has access to one of those cards. However, based on the huge number of people using high-end Maxwell cards like the GTX 980, GTX 980 Ti and TITAN X, it's a safe bet that this new card will work as well.

Well, i drove 300km tonight to test it, and it worked, BUT, the rendering speed on Final Cut Pro was exactly the same as my current 4870 512mb, dont wether to laugh or cry...

FCP or FCPX?

Only FCPX uses OpenCl, and Apple has made their apps very OpenCl friendly.

Earlier version of FCP didn't use much GPU help at all.

If anyone does get a Quadro K6000 I am 99% sure we could do an EFI.
