I have a Macbook Pro with one of those crappy video cards that finally died. So I brought the laptop in to be repaired and they replaced the logic board in the computer. While the machine is finally working again, my Windows partition is not.

When I boot into Windows everything loads up fine except for the fact that nothing works. Neither the keyboard nor the mousepad produces any response from the computer. All I can do is reboot the machine by holding down the power button and then holding the option key to get back to my OSX partition. I'm in a bind and need this up and running asap so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try re installing the bootcamp drivers. Maybe with the change in MOBOs the drivers got screwed up. PCs are hardware specific unlike apples. Thats my only thought.

i was finally able to reinstall the boot camp drivers and my trackpad is still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers several times but nothing is working.
