I got an visa gift card for xmas and went on itunes and used it like a credit card. I spent it all and it all went fine until now and it says that I owe $23. i might have gone over the limit of the credit card but only by a couple bucks at the most. how can I fix this?

can you give a screenshot of where it says you owe money? I've never heard of that on iTunes. If you do provide a screenshot, make sure you blur out any personal info.

It would still be nice to see a screenshot.

Anyways, you can always report a problem with your purchase. iTunes support is very helpful.

Just go into iTunes, sign into your account, go to purchase history, at the bottom choose "report problem", then choose the purchase. Choose the billing or payment category.

Good Luck!
