when i go to update simple things i.e itunes because its "a newer version" blah blah it then asks for an administrator's name and password (thats your login info isn't it?) and i put it in but it says its incorrect and even when ive tried it 3 times it gives me my password hint and everything and i know my password is definately right but it doesnt work :( HELP! :confused:

Duff-Man says...Did someone else set up the computer for you? Is it possible that your account is not an admin account (it can be set up that way)? Having a login to the computer does not always mean you have been given admin rights to it....oh yeah!
