Does anyone know if I can buy a iPhone as a gift for someone in the UK and they just activate it when the start selling them there?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Why not just buy it from the UK store and have it sent as a gift? Because you're trying to skirt taxes and the higher price of a UK iPhone?
a gift where the recipient has to spend £630?
Or is it the gift that keeps on taking! It's the gift that keeps on giving!![]()
If you're giving such a generous gift, why not buy it for him from there? Makes the most sense. Plus, if this is a surprise, are you sure he wants an iPhone(blasphemous, I know!)?
You're some friend if you're going to be getting someone else an iPhone. Care to be my friend?![]()
It's better to give than to receiveOr is it the gift that keeps on taking!![]()
If you read his post you'd see that he's going to the UK next week, before they go on sale here.
How about an Apple gift certificate or something?
