Yep, 3-4 week is Dec. 1-8.

My Original date was 12/12/17 - 12/19/17 but today saw it was pushed up to 12/1-8 so 3-4 week isn't bad.

I'll still pop my head in tomorrow and see. If they have the one I want (space gray 256 GB Verizon), then I'll cancel my order online.
 
So all the supply constrained and manufacturing issues from analysts were all fake and designed to drive up excitement for a phone Apple feared would not be as successful without this press...

I would say so. It’s like that every iPhone.
Always seems to be some manufacturing issue that’s going to hamper the release.
My belief is they wanted a closer to Christmas release. That way they could release all the stocking stuffers as well, power mot, air pods and so on.

Exact same here. I’m betting we get our phones mid November.

Isn’t that the same crap every year? People act like this is news. There is always some manufacturing shortage mystery with an iPhone launch.
