US keyboard layout

Will I be able to change the keyboard layout to the US style (having the @ above the 2 key) if I buy the MBP from the UK?

You will be able to change the virtual keyboard layout to the US keyboard and thus type the @ by hitting shift and 2, but the physical keys and labels on them will obviously stay the same.

You could get apple to sell you they keys like I did at an interesting price point. Not a normal thing, or if you are after the number 2 and 3 keys I have a few spare I could send these to you.

I have the us keys and you can remove the same keys of the uk keyboard and replace.

The @ is above the numerical 2 key on the MacBook Pro's anyway, I ordered the GBR kit and it isn't any different from the US.
