US Netflix on AppleTV

I live in Toronto, Canada & use my PS3 to watch USA Netflix (I modify the DNS codes, very easy as long as code works).

Is it just as easy to change in Apple TV or because I am in Canada I am stuck watching the Canada Netflix through AppleTV?
