US TV Streaming Apps in UK?

Hi,

Santa is bringing me an Apple TV this year, and I was hoping I would be able to somehow trick my ATV into thinking I was in the US (using unblock-us or something similar) so I could use HBO Now, Showtime etc.

Is this possible and if so, how can I pay for these services without a US Credit Card? I read somewhere about using US iTunes cards to pay for these services? Is this possible and where could I obtain them?

US iTunes credit is the easiest way to pay if these Apps accept this as a method of purchase. Some do and some don't. Some also require a US Cable subscription.
