USA & SYFY apps won't authenticate

New AppleTV 4K.
Neither USA nor SYFY apps will authenticate properly. They both complain that I'm not authorized with my subscription package. But if I use the iPad with their apps, same signon works just fine.

Tried turning them off in the single signon and then manually authenticating, same results. This worked fine on my ATV4. I don't even know who to contact about this.

Help/suggestions welcome!

Worse than I thought. All the apps signed in via the settings for the tv provider are restricted in one way or another.

Seems odd, since my ATV4 non-4k did it too with the same cable provider.
But while it still won’t work, I logged out of my tv provider on the ATV, rebooted it and then manually went to each app and got them all working. They even show up in the tv app like they are supposed to.
