Anyone else having to call in to activate. As it is right now I'd have to call in every time to activate my card, but my wife's card activated normally with no call necessary like BofA card.
Hope this changes.

I did not have to call with USAA, but I did with Citi and PNC.

I had to call USAA , automated system texted me a code that I had to enter.

Capital one is the easiest company to get fees waved. Just call they'll wave it
