Well first my cellular usage counter continued to crank even connected to wifi. My phone showed my usage at over 200mb yesterday, while Verizon only shows 39mb.
Today a new item appeared called "tethered data" and now it cranks up instead of the cellular data. I don't even have a hotspot active, plus my wifi and bluetooth are both off anyway.
I spoke with Apple and it was the first they heard, but a few others here have posted about it. One even showed their usage at 8TB...yes I said TB...that's crazy and impossible.
