Anyone knows about such controller ?

I found this one: http://www.hardmac.com/news/2009/10/29/sata-iii-for-the-mac-pro
That card(s) will only work for Windows right now, as the Mac drivers don't exist yet. Nor can they boot in an OS X environment (just for Windows, and isn't going to change).

Highpoint does make an eSATA card for Mac, which will boot. But it's eSATA ONLY. So far, there's no internal SATA card that can boot in a Mac. For that, you'd have to go with a RAID card.

Newertech does have a new eSATA card out as well (here), that doesn't require drivers. But it has a few limitations as well.
1. NOT Port Multiplier capable
2. Will not boot OS X, but will boot Windows

I would like also USB 3.0 on one card. Something like ASUS U3S6.
So far, I've not see a Mac compatible card.

There's PC versions out, but they'd work for Windows.
