iPad Pro USB 3.0 CAMERA KIT

I have the iPad Pro 12.9 and want to connect a regular USB thumb drive to transfer files from apps like pdf expert good read etc.. Will the new USB 3.0 ck allow this?

Dose anyone know this is possible?

No, you need to get a thumb drive that is compatible with a specific app which allows you to import files. Otherwise you are limited to what can be imported by the photos app.
