USB 3.0 hard drive enclosures from Ebay

So I purchased one of those cheap $10 enclosures.

Ran a quick speed test on a 5400 hard drive and I only got 28mbps write. Seems soooo slooooow...lol

Does that sound right? What am I supposed to expect and what are you guys getting?

But you are getting 100+ while I'm getting only 20+....

Could it be possibly be a USB 2.0 not a 3.0? I smell false advertising?

My drive was 7200 RPM too.
