USB-C adapter update

did anyone else get prompted with this update today? I didn't even know accessories had updates.

I applied to both my HDMI/VGA adapters. But after, I've noticed it fails to charge my iPhone, connected using the regular USB port of the adapter, connected to the rMB and the USB-C power plug.

Mine failed and now I can't seem to get it going again.
