USB-C cable for fast charging

in my apple store (on line) i see two apple branded USB-C charging cables (both ends with USB-C).

one is 1 meter in length which is listed as 60W.
the other one is listed as 2 meters in length which is listed as 240W.

assuming i use the new 40W Dynamic adapter (which can go to 60W), do both of these cables charge at the same charging speed?
so, the only difference is whether or not i want a 1m or a 2m cable length ?
this is for charging an iPhone Air.

Either one will work fine.

Get the 60w 1 meter. The cable is thinner on 60w compare to 240w.
