usb c extension cable?

so is there any usb c extension cable on the market. I mean those at least usb 3.0 speed ones...

DX.com have a 2m 10Gbps extension.

£8.02 with free shipping.
Some on ebay but they do not state speed and are short 20cm/50cm.
Few 1m but no speed stated.
