I have been using a USB-A to Micro-USB with Lightning adapter tip as my main charger (for iOS devices as well as a few Micro things I have around). I would like to upgrade to the USB-C fast charging but I really don't want to have two cables. Does anyone know if the Micro to Lightning MFi adapters from Amazon will work (or I could just take the one off the cable I already have) with a C to Micro cable and still provide fast charging? Thanks for any help!

100% no.

For fastest charging of 8/X/ipadPro you must use apple official 1m or 2m “C to ligthning” cable. (together with a 29W usb-C charger with Power Delivery)

That’s a given, don’t change that.

Then, maybe, you could try one of those rare lightning_female to microusb_male adapters to charge your other stuff.
