Does anyone have a recommendation for a USB-C hub with multiple USB-C ports? I don't need something like a HyperDrive with TB, USB-C, USB-A, and SD/micro SD readers. I need actual extra USB-C ports. Links to real live purchasable items would be great. Thanks!

Amazon is the best (and most confusing) place to buy these.
For USB-C hubs with multiple ports I know someone who is happy with the Juiced brand.
I find this category butt ugly and since I will never have more than one accessory connected at a time, I decided to
buy individual pieces.

USBc to USB 3.0 (nonda and syntech are nice looking, there have been some reports about nonda messing with 2.4 ghz wifi, so i got syn tech). 10 bucks for a 2-pack. Later i found a local store selling generic ones for 2 bucks a piece.....just goes to show the kind of markups in this category.....its s racket.

I also got a usb-c card reader and a couple of usb3 to usb-c adaptors.

All these are small and unobtrusive which i like.

All I see is USB-C to multiple USB 3.0 type A ports. I really need something with multiple USB-C ports. Your ideas of USB 3 to
Type C adapters is a decent intermediate step though. I just will lose some speed.

I’m connecting two thunderbolt monitors to my 2018 MacBook Pro. Then a multi port adapter. Which leaves me room for only one portable SSD. Sometimes I need two connected.
