Have someone testet some Usb C display with integrated lan RJ45 port ? is this working for mac and mac silicons? Or only for win machines?

Depends on what USB to Ethernet adapter the display uses. Or use a display that just has USB and buy a USB to Ethernet adapter that is known to work with macOS.
