I cannot find anywhere, what are the specs for power output for USB-C ports on Mac Mini M1. Same for iMacs and Macbooks.

Is it standard 1A/5V or can it do more? Will it do 20W (2.2A/9V) for MagSafe?

Thanks to Apple's multiple MagSafe usages - is that wireless MagSafe charger; or MBP MagSafe 3 charging plug?

I'm sorry, I thought that was clear from the 20W requirements for charging, which is for wireless MagSafe charger.

I cannot seem to find this information.

If I plug wireless MagSafe into a Macbook, Mac Mini or iMac, will it charge the iPhone and will it charge it with 15W (wirelessly, 20W requirement on the input)

I can answer the first part - yes it will charge. I've used an 14" MBP and iPad Pro as the power source successfully.
Charging speed... not sure.
