I am waiting to get a monitor with both Display Port, Mini Display Port and HDMI and I would like to connect my MacMini through HDMI and a MBAir with broken screen through its USB-C to a Display Port, is there any adapter which doesn't cost like a kidney which can do that?

Thanks

USB-c (host) to DisplayPort (monitor) cables are simple things and readily available at modest prices. Display interface "conversion" cables/adapters are often mono-directional so be careful that your choice supports the direction (host>monitor) that you need. In your case, USB-c > monitor cables/adapters generally only support USB-c hosts to finding one that works the wrong way is unlikely.

Found this, as far as I understand and from what you wrote it should be no issue.

Grazie

p.s. now about to look for how to attach a USB-C AppleWatch charger to a USB-A computer ;-)

I have had great success using cables by Pluggable with iPads and Macs (Intel and Apple Silicon).
