Anybody know if Apple will replace a USB cable? The casing on mine broke and now I've got some exposed wires.

they might, you can give it a try. But buying a new one is cheap. You don't even have to buy one from apple.

Did you actually buy it seperately or did it come bundled with an ipod/iphone?

i think the only chance you have is if you actually bought it as an individual product.

It came with my iPhone. Just checked it out on ebay, they're pretty cheap there, so I'll probably go with that. I just didn't want to pay Apple $20 for a USB cable.

Yeah they overcharge for their accessories. Ebay is a great idea. 🙂

My iPhone USB cable started coming apart within a few months after purchasing my 3G (fraying right near the dock connector). Took it to an Apple store and showed it to a genius who replaced it. It's worth a try.

Yeah, all the accessories are included in the 1 year mfr warranty.. Take it to the store you got it at and they will exchange it out. Did it with my headphones.
