iPod touch USB driver help with ipod touch

My ipod touch 2g is showing as an unknown device on my computer desktop, windows does not recognize it and itunes doesn't read it. Does anyone know of a usb driver download that will get my ipod touch to be recognized so i can reset it in itunes?

Try DFU Mode. Just google it.

first of all ignore above post, if you cant help don't post a useless reply 🙄

remove itunes, apple mobile device support and bonjour via control panel then unplug your iPod then run the iTunes setup again and see if that fixes it 😉
