Just purchased the iMac 27" retina, 5k/4ghz/1tb flash/4gb graphics
(will be upgrading to 32g ram with Crucial)

Wondering what usb hub I should get?

Following items to hook up

external monitor
2 thunderbolt external hard drives
usb card reader
usb waccom tablet
3 usb printers
1 thunderbolt gdrive dock with 2 1tb drives
usb monitor & printer calibration devices
scanner

so...
3-thunderbolts
9-usb

To support hard drives, you need one with power adapter.
I have one of the HooToo USB hubs. It works great. Mine is the HT-UH010 with 7 USB ports and 2 charging ports. May not be enough for you. But they have a 10-port model under the same link.
