"USB not recognized" error when iPad Air is plugged into my PC?

My iPad Air is jailbroken but I'm still on 8.1. I'm trying to update it to 8.4 and jailbreak once again.

Soon as I plug my iPad in to my PC (Windows 7) I get this error:

iTunes won't pop up or anything, however If I plug my iPhone 5s in, everything works fine.

Any idea what is wrong and how I can fix this?

Edit: Fixed. iPad Port was bad.
