Hey all,

I am wondering if someone could help me out. I installed a MassCool PCI Express card (4 usb outside and 1 usb internal) into my (early 2009) MacPro and I can't get anything to show up. When I plug in my external hard drive it gets power but it doesn't show up on my desktop. Do I need a driver for the PCI Card? What do I do to make it recognize that a device is plugged in?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is it a NEC chipset card? If it is, it should work without drivers, if not and there are no drivers provided by the vendor, there's no way.
Just have a look at the chip on your card.
