Are longer usb to lightning cables less prone to being broken at the Lightning end?
Why would they be?
Less likely to be over-stretched? Has a bit more give.
Possible. I have a 10 footer and the insulation on it is much thicker than the OEM Apple one, but your milage would likely vary by manufacturer.
check out cambond's line of nylon braided cables. I'm actually in the process of uploading my view review to youtube, give it about 15 minutes and you can watch it http://youtu.be/ixC3uigqopY
