USB Video Capture for Mac

Hello I need USB Video Capture for MacBook Pro that can stream via Flash Media encoder. I want to stream dish tv box.

Any Idea which video capture card is best for Mac that can support video and sound.

best one I know of for mac is the elgato game capture hd. It also comes with suitable software however a little pricey. Another one is the roxio game capture HD it is cheaper however I dont think it has mac drivers.

I have the Elgato one and it works great. The software is very lightweight and easy to use. It doesn't try to be an editor... Just capture and then it can export the file to iMovie if you want. No fiddling with codecs, it just works.

I've been transferring a lot of old family VHS tapes to digital format.
