Hi guys, I just bought my new mid 2010 Mac Pro with USB3 + eSATA cards and El Captain fresh installation - but those cards have no drivers installed. i tried to google them but with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks...

I will open my Mac tomorrow - I just googled those numbers and I found very old drivers.
 
thanks - I've found out that my eSATA card is Tempo SATA E2P and I've been able to download driver from their webpage.
But my USB3 card is not supported anymore...

There are plenty of USB 3 cards that use native drivers bundled with OS X. This means you do not need to rely on continuing support from a disinterested third party. See the link in my signature.

Personally I would not reward Caldigit's lack of support by buying a newer card from them.
