Use a Mac Mini 2018 as charger...

...pardon my probably dumb question, but I'm not sure of the following:

• ...could I use the mac mini's USB-C ports to charge for example a MacBook Pro 13" ?

...cause if that's possible, I don't necessarily have to invest in a new monitor with a USB-C connector to do that job. (HDMI suits me just fine)
