Yes. But only the latest 27" iMac with mini-display port in as well as out.

Im back again on the subject after almost a decade... damn sorry about that! 🙁
On a mid 2010 27" iMac i see this port in the back... looks like a MiniDisplayPort... i wonder if this will do the job. 🙂

Yes, that model supports target display mode.

Why the newer iMacs don't support Target Display Mode? Or do they support it differently?
