Sorry it probably a dumb question but if my son sends me a request for Roblox points when I approve it will it pull from my in store credit I have or my card on file?

If your Apple Account is used for Media & Purchases on his device, then yes.

If you’re using Family Sharing, then no… store credit is used on your account only not on family sharing accounts.
