Does anyone know a way to make my iPhone 4 display a repeating loop of a set of photos on a modern, flat-screen television?

For my in-laws' birthday party I want to make a slideshow of scans of old photos display on a big TV. I'd rather not use my laptop for this for a bunch of non-relevant reasons.

How can I do this with my iPhone 4? Please help me out step by step. What kind of cable do I need? The TV I'll be using is fairly new and has modern inputs. What application or app would I use to do this?

Also, these will be scans of old printed photos, so how can I even get them into the iPhone?

Help please! Thanks.

I'm sure you already figured it out but the Shows4Pros app for both iPhone and iPad allows you to arrange, reorder, edit, delete, load, save, etc.

link to app is http://rc3.cc/s4p
