Use iTunes Radio on cellular data, but not use cellular data for iTunes Match?

Is there a way to configure my music app to use cellular data for iTunes Radio, but not use it for iTunes Match downloads, or automatic downloads (such as a pre-ordered album)?

Nope. Ain't gonna happen.

iOS has one combined toggle for 'Use Cellular Data' so it's a no-no. I usually keep that toggle OFF; and ON it from iTunes Radio screen when I need.
