Use MobileMe as a Server for multiple sites without Web

Is it possible to use my iDisk on MobileMe as a server for multiple websites, without iWeb. I have an iWeb site already up, but I would like to put up another site. I assume I would put it in the Web > Sites folder, but MobileMe does not let me upload folders. How can I do this? And what would the URL be? Thanks for the help.
