Teleport is what you are looking for. It's available from a number of sources including the PPC app store.

There's both "Teleport" and "Synergy" ("SynergyKM" for PPC) that do work with PPC.
Had both of them running some time ago. Didn't stick with that solution, since I'm more of single-screen /w multiple desktops man. But had been good fun, not only proof of concept...

There are nice ways to combine it with ScreenSharing and/or Avatron AirDisplay

I’m using synergy v1.6.3 on my Intel and PowerPC (Leopard) Macs and it connects with my Linux and Windows machines running the same (1.6.x) versions.

Synergy v1.3.1 runs on my Tiger and Panther systems and also connects with the 1.6.3 server which is running on my Mac Pro 2008.
