macOS Use Other Lang

Hi All,
i made a small DataBase program using NetBeans and writing in Java ...
My Problem is to make it compatible with other language than english ...
in fact, the program is used in an Arabic School and must capable to deal with Arabic Names and so ....

Start there. Localization is not easy, but at least Java starts assuming Unicode.
