Use Portion of Screen as Webcam input?

I want to take a part of my screen and use it as a webcam input. Is there a way of doing this (on a mac of course.)? I have googled the hell out of this and found nothing!

If you're not really sure what I mean, I want to draw people on chatroulette in Photoshop, live. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

I have never used it but i do believe cam twist is what you are looking for.

CamTwist is a software package that lets you add special effects to your video chats. It's also possible to stream your desktop and still images.
