Use standard functions only in EXCEL (without FN)

Is it possible to use only in the Microsoft Excel the keyboard's standard functions? So without pressing the FN function access to F1 -F12, and in all other apps the normal functions thats printed on the keys (brightness, volume etc)

I tried with bettertouchtool but can't find it out so far..
