Is it possible to use only in the Microsoft Excel the keyboard's standard functions? So without pressing the FN function access to F1 -F12, and in all other apps the normal functions thats printed on the keys (brightness, volume etc)

I tried with bettertouchtool but can't find it out so far..

Try Karabiner (previously called KeyRemap4MacBook). For instance, I have mine set to allow F1-F12 normal use inside VMs (since Alt-F4 is my favorite key combo in Windows), but regular functions everywhere else.

I primarily use it to move the Ctrl key to the proper place on the MacBook, but it has a lot of other functions that can be useful.
