My friend is willing to sell me his lightly used 24 inch Cinema display for $400. Considering the new 27 inchers have been put on sale today for $1000 do you think it would be worth buying this one for $400? I don't need the extra 3 inches. Would any one of you jump on this deal? I am just trying to gauge how good of a deal it is. Thanks!

If there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, I would jump all over it. Even if there was something wrong with it, provided it's still eligible for an AppleCare upgrade I would still probably get it.
He said that the logic board was replaced a few months ago but now it works fine. I do not think it is eligible for Applecare because I think it is over the 1 year warranty
