Used Apple TV 4th Gen buying

Hi. I’m looking to buy a Apple TV 4th generation. And what should I look out for? Can I plug it into my Mack via HDMI to test it?

It’s out of warranty, but considering it just sits at home. Not much go wrong with them. I’m upgrading from a second generation. Thoughts?

It’s pretty solid box, as long as it boots up normally you will probably be good to go

I stocked my parents house with used ATV4's so they could use the channels app and save some money on their cable bill, I need one more for their living room. Finding good deals on used ATV4's has gotten harder.

I am kind of a snob and looking for a 64GB model, but I haven't really come across one in a few months. There was a ton of ATV4's when the ATV 4k first came out, but until a new model is released expect even ATV4's to go for around $120 and have them get snapped up pretty quick.
