    iPhone 5 - 16GB, white - £134.99
    iPhone 6 - 16GB - black - £319
    iPhone 4S - 16GB - black - £75

    Seems fine to me. More than that, if they're used, ask the seller for both the serial and IMEI and check the serial at iCloud.com and the IMEI with AppleCare to see if they're on the cellular network you want.

    Whatever you feel is better for you between lower priced but used vs. new but higher priced.
