Used pwnage and lost network in settings

so i followed all the steps and now i have lost my network settings. I cant call or send text

any help would be really appreacited
 
ok so i think i know. My baseband is 4.26 and i read that effects the carrier info somehow, so lostttt
 
please someone answer this. If i select upgrade baseband in pwanage, will i still be able to unlock my 3GS?
